1. 메인 파워스위치를 켠다.
2. 상단 인디게이트 파워스위치를 켠다.
(작업완료시 반드시 pump스위치를 off한다.)
3. pump스위치를 켠다.
4. 용접된 너트 크기보다 약간 큰 소켓을 선택한다.
5. 선택한 소켓을 실린더 상단에 장착한다.
6. 상단 인디게이트 표시부의 수치가 0.0kg인 것을 확인한다. 만약 0.0kg 되어 있지 않을시 영접 버턴을 누른다.
7. peak치를 확인하기 위해 hold버턴을 누른다.
8. 시험을 위해서 용접된 볼트너트를 소켓에 장착한다.
9. 실린더를 올리기 위한 up버턴을 누른다. 이때 측정완료시까지 중단하지 않고 up버턴을 계속 누른다.
10. 용접된 너트가 볼트로부터 분리되면 인디게이터의 측정값을 확인한다.
11. 분리된 최대하중 측정값이 확인되면 5초이내에 print버턴을 누른다.
12. print용지에서 측정값을 확인한다.
13. 메일 작동스위치 판넬이 실린더의 하강버턴을 누른다.
14. 만약 실린더 이송속도가 느리거나 빠를때 실린더 밸브를 조절한다.
User's Guide for Bolt-Nut Separation Tester
1. Turn on the Main power switch.
2. Turn on the Top indicate power switch (Must turn off the pump switch when work is completed).
3. Turn on the Pump switch.
4. Choose a slightly bigger size of socket for the welded nut produced.
5. Mount the selected socket on top of the cylinder.
6. Check if the top indicating display number is 0.0kg. Press Weld button if not.
7. Press Hold button to check the peak measurement.
8. For the test, connect the welded bolt nut to the socket.
9. Press the Up button continuously in order to lift cylinder, until the measurement is completed.
10. Check the indicator's measurement when the nut is separated.
11. Press the Print button in 5 seconds after the separated measurement is confirmed.
12. Verify the measurement number from the print.
13. If the cylinder's movement speed is fast or slow, adjust the cylinder valve.
14. If the descending speed of the cylinder is slow, adjust the cylinder valve.
